Requirements first
Government buyers and prime contractors need clear answers about specifications, documentation, availability and delivery expectations. Our approach begins with those requirements, so proposed solutions can be assessed against the actual need.
Coordinated supply
Loud Works is developing a coordinated fulfillment approach through the Black Mesa network. Supplier capability, product availability and lead times are evaluated for each opportunity. Proposed arrangements remain subject to supplier confirmation, applicable requirements and written agreement.
Accountable execution
Our operating priorities are clear points of contact, defined responsibilities, documented requirements and timely communication. Each proposed engagement is assessed for scope, contracting authority and delivery feasibility before commitments are made.
Built for government and defense requirements
Loud Works is being developed to support government-facing procurement and contractor supply needs. Specific products, services, eligibility and delivery commitments are confirmed for each engagement.
One partner across the contract lifecycle.
Whether the requirement is a single hard-to-find part or a multi-line international shipment, we scope it, source it, document it, and move it through authorized channels.
Sources sought & RFI
Capability statements and market-research responses that give contracting officers real options and real pricing.
Sole source
Availability documentation and supplier letters to support sole-source and brand-name justifications.
RFQ / RFP fulfillment
Competitive quotes on commercial and military items, from single line items to multi-CLIN awards.
Hard-to-find & obsolete
Discontinued, long-lead, and low-volume parts located through a vetted network of OEMs and distributors.
Logistics & delivery
Consolidation, packaging, marking, freight, and delivery to CONUS and OCONUS destinations.
International government
Fulfillment for foreign governments and partner nations through authorized export channels only.
Prime & sub support
Teaming and subcontract fulfillment for primes who need a responsive, accountable supply partner.
Program support
Recurring requirements, kitting, and delivery schedules managed against the contract, not a guess.
Compliant by design
Speed is worthless if the paperwork fails.
Too many resellers win on price and lose on traceability. We use AI-assisted market research and a vetted third-party supplier network to move fast — and keep a human accountable for every compliance checkpoint.
- 01
Export controls first
ITAR, EAR, and sanctions screening before a quote leaves the building. No license, no shipment.
- 02
FAR / DFARS flowdowns
Clauses reviewed and flowed to suppliers, including specialty-metals, Berry, BAA, and TAA where applicable.
- 03
Supplier vetting
Third-party sources screened for exclusions, ownership, and authorized-distributor status to keep counterfeits out.
- 04
AI-assisted, human-approved
AI speeds market research and sourcing. A named person signs off on every quote, certification, and shipment.
- 05
Traceable documentation
Certificates of conformance, packing lists, and shipment references assembled for every delivery.
- 06
